A raw, unfiltered oil with a veiled appearance from the ancient Frantoiana tradition. It is cold extracted from Ogliarola del Vulture and Nocellara cultivars. The colour is green tending to yellow; it smells of artichoke, cut grass and green apple. On the palate it is full and full-bodied, with a pleasant herbaceous note that accompanies the fruity flavour of green olives.
