From the ancient Frantoiana tradition, a raw oil, unfiltered, with a veiled appearance. The scent recalls artichoke, cut grass and green apple. On the palate you can perceive the full and full-bodied taste, with an intense fruity flavour of green olives. Recommended raw on traditional dishes with a strong flavour.
Cultivar extra virgin olive oil: Coratina and Peranzana.
Production: 100% Italian. Oil obtained only from olives harvested and pressed in Italy.
Extraction system: Cold.
Filtration: Raw. Not filtered. Any sediment on the bottom of the bottle is a natural consequence of the unfiltered extra virgin olive oil.
Packaging: Nonno Peppino extra virgin olive oil is packaged in 500 ml bottles.

Taste: Full and full-bodied. Intense fruity taste, however balanced, of freshly picked green olives.
Pairings: It is suitable for raw dressing of first courses, second courses of meat and fish and fresh produce from the garden. Excellent as a raw condiment for traditional peasant dishes.
